Cloud Engineer (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud)

Cortex Solutions is hiring a Cloud Engineer in Riyadh to design, migrate and operate client workloads on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, with a focus on in-Kingdom regions and data residency. You will build secure, cost-efficient cloud environments for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable cloud architectures for client projects
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premise to cloud
- Build landing zones, networking and identity foundations
- Automate provisioning with infrastructure as code
- Monitor cost, performance and availability and recommend optimisations
- Apply security baselines, backups and disaster recovery plans
- Advise clients on choosing in-Kingdom cloud regions and services
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Experience with cloud networking, IAM, VPC/VNet design and VPNs
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation or Bicep
- Experience with cloud migrations and managed databases
- Awareness of Saudi data residency requirements and NCA cloud controls
- A professional cloud certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent) is preferred
